I wanna live every day to your glory, God. All I wanna do is honour you.

It's so more than a cliché.

When I get up, I wanna start the day with an attitude that honours you.
When I get dressed and ready for the day, I wanna look my best to honour your creation of me.
When I have breakfast, I wanna honour your care for my health by eating right.

When I get to work or school, I wanna greet people in a way that honours you.
When I talk with people, I want to make your love and wisdom present in my words and thought.
When I meet challenges, I want to draw on the strength and knowledge you have given me.

When I make phone calls, when I do shopping, when I choose a movie, when I meet friends, when I exercise, when people come to me for help, when I clean the house, when I walk the dog, when I do laundry, when I am making plans, when I am getting ready for bed, when I make dinner, when I read, when I have connect group, when I serve in church, when I listen to music, when I pay bills, when I'm asked to do favours, when I do projects at school.....


I want to do it in a way that honours you, God.
I want to it just to honour You.

I guess that's what it means to live for God..
